The Micah Project
Rapid Re-Housing is a housing model that matches individuals experiencing homelessness with a CANAPI case manager, who will help them find and secure safe, stable rental housing in the community.
The Rapid Re-Housing Program is implemented using grant dollars from Summit County’s Continuum of Care—one of our trusted community partners—and may include up to nine households at a time.
Through one-on-one case management, CANAPI helps Micah Program recipients set and achieve goals that make maintaining safe, stable, independent housing a reality for our clients.
